If you wish to present a poster, email or call us at 757-467-8903. If the poster offers clear commercial value to the company or individual presenting it, you will be instructed by the meeting organizers to register it and pay a fee of $125 (each) to cover the cost of the poster board and associated labor. (We do not charge a fee for non-commercial posters.)

Please note that the individual presenting the poster must be a registered attendee for the meeting. All poster presenters must email us an abstract and the presenter's biographical sketch or company profile for the attendee booklets.
