Presentation Title:
Please email us a title for your presentation that we can use in the program, but note that you can still modify your title up to two weeks before the meeting.

Presentation Abstract and Biographical Sketch:
Submit your abstract and bio as soon as possible to be included in the printed meeting materials. Each should be no longer than 200 words, and both must fit on one 8-1/2 by 11 inch page. If emailing your submission as a separate attachment, please save it as a Microsoft Word file.

PowerPoint Presentation:
Your presentation should be timed to last approximately 35 minutes, after which will follow a 10-minute period in which the participants can ask questions. Please bring your talk to the meeting and give it to us on a flash drive (key drive) or CD at least one hour before your talk. Our A/V technician will load your talk onto our Windows-based computer. If your presentation was generated using a different operating platform, contains complex graphics, animated files, audio, or other advanced features, please give us even more time to do a trial run.

We understand the difficulties of seeking approval to present your talk. Therefore we will not allow any filming or audio taping of your presentation. Instead, we ask you to consider posting your presentation slides on our website for attendees' eyes only after the meeting. We also welcome you to submit a manuscript to the BioProcessing Journal in order to expand on your presented material.

Please use our fillable speaker authorization PDF form to provide us with instructions on posting your presentation material after the meeting has concluded. Then email us with the completed form attached. To ensure we receive it, please utilize the read receipt feature.
